目的评价羊胎盘复合物的抗氧化作用。方法 ICR老年小鼠,分别以0.45、0.90和2.70 g/kg剂量连续灌胃30 d后,检测血液丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、蛋白质羰基、超氧化物岐化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和还原性谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)等指标评价其抗氧化功能。结果老年小鼠经口给予羊胎盘复合物30 d后,羊胎盘复合物能减少血液MDA的含量,升高GSH和SOD的含量。结论结果显示,羊胎盘复合物对老年小鼠显示了一定的抗氧化作用。
Objective To evaluate the anti-oxidative effect of sheep placenta complex. Methods The ICR old mice were fed with 0.45, 0.90 and 2.70 g / kg respectively for 30 days.
