目的初步了解攀枝花市白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为科学合理用药提供依据。方法从攀枝花市5县(区)(分别位于东、南、西、北、中位置)采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,在实验室繁殖1~2代后,采用浸渍法进行测定。结果攀枝花市白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯的抗性倍数分别为2.83、2.04,已产生低抗性;高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、双硫磷的抗性倍数分别为1.14、0.50、0.63,属敏感。结论应加强对白纹伊蚊抗药性监测,科学合理使用杀虫剂,预防或延缓抗药性产生。
Objective To understand the resistance level of Aedes albopictus to common insecticides in Panzhihua City and provide the basis for scientific and rational drug use. Methods Aedes albopictus larvae were collected from 5 counties (districts) in Panzhihua City (located in the east, south, west, north and middle, respectively). After being propagated for 1-2 generations in the laboratory, the larvae were determined by immersion method. Results The resistance multiples of deltamethrin and permethrin to Aedes albopictus in Panzhihua were 2.83 and 2.04, respectively. The resistant rates to cypermethrin, dichlorvos and diphtheria were 1.14 and 0.50 respectively, 0.63, is sensitive. Conclusion The surveillance of Aedes albopictus should be strengthened, and the use of insecticides should be scientifically and reasonably prevented or delayed.
