前言 电极盐浴炉的盐渣电阻启动法,以盐槽内 主电极间自然存在的盐渣混合物为电热元件, 依靠盐渣的负阻特性,直接通电启动升温,具 有操作简便,启动速度快,节约电能等优点。 采用盐渣电阻启动法时,盐浴炉的主电极尺寸 和相对位置既决定了盐浴炉工作状态的功率, 又直接影响了主电极间的盐渣电阻值。为了可 靠地实现盐浴炉盐渣电阻启动法,除须附加较 高的启动电压外,还必须对炉体的结构作相应 的改进。本文只讨论后一问题。
