中师学生无论是在校学习期间,还是毕业分配到小学从教以后,都要经常承担体育竞赛裁判工作,所以裁判能力应成为中师学生能力构成的一项基本要素,中师体育教学必须重视培养学生的裁判能力。中师体育教学培养学生的裁判能力应从如下三方面入手:一、目标要切合实际,计划要便于操作中师学校经常开展的体育竞赛项目是田径和球类。小学体育教学与课外活动中经常涉及的体育竞赛项目是温暖游和简单的田径及少量的球类项目中等师范学校在确立培养学生的裁判能力的具体目标时,就要针对这种实际情况,既要培养学生对一般田径项目和常规球类项目的裁判能力,也要培养学生对唱游和其他适应小学情况的体育项目的裁判能力。在围绕这种目标制定计划时,必须使其与中师的常规体育教学计划结合起来,结合一定阶段的教学内容和课外活动内容,规定具体的训练任务。这样就可以在一定程度上减轻学生负担而又增
