用改良的微量组织中羟脯氨酸(Hp)含量测定法,观察了常压低氧大鼠肺外肺动脉中Hp含量的变化及川芎嗪对其作用。结果表明,常压低氧14天,肺动脉压明显升高,肺动脉Hp含量也明显增加,以ug/条动脉或ug/mg干重表示都类似。提示低氧引起肺外肺动脉胶原含量增加。还观察到川芎嗪对上述变化有明显抑制作用。
The hydroxyproline (Hp) content was measured in the modified microstructure to observe the changes of Hp in pulmonary artery outside the pulmonary artery and the effect of ligustrazine on it. The results showed that hypoxia for 14 days, pulmonary hypertension was significantly increased, pulmonary Hp content was significantly increased to ug / artery or ug / mg dry weight are similar. Hypoxia prompted lung pulmonary extrapulmonary collagen content increased. Ligustrazine was also observed to significantly inhibit the above changes.
