我国新型房地产市场大、潜力大,中小型房地产企业要把握机遇,提供市场需求、消费者需要的产品,联合、合作、重组实现共发、双赢。房地产可以划分为多个行业、多个市场。目前,在我国的房地产市场中唱主旋律的主要是工业、商业和住宅三大地产板块。这些年这三大市场发展很快,市场已进入到比较成熟的阶段。文化、旅游、养老等房地产市场正处在初期,或者说快速发展阶段,大有蓄势待发之势,已经从边缘走到前台,这类市场笔者定为新型的房地产市场。
China’s new real estate market is big with great potential. Small and medium-sized real estate enterprises should seize the opportunities, provide the market demand and the products they need. They should work together, cooperate and reorganize to achieve win-win cooperation. Real estate can be divided into multiple industries, multiple markets. At present, the main theme in China’s real estate market is the industrial, commercial and residential real estate sector. These three major markets in recent years developed rapidly, the market has entered a more mature stage. The real estate markets such as culture, tourism and old-age pension are at an early stage or rapid development stage. They are ready for development and have come to the fore from the fringe. Such markets are designated as a new type of real estate market by the author.
