同步观察１０只家兔肝缺血再灌注损伤（ＨＩＲＩ）时血脂质过氧化物的浓度、谷丙转氨酶活性及肝形态学的变化。发现脂质过氧化物浓度升高与谷丙转氨酶活性增高呈高度显著正相关（ｒ＝０．７３３，Ｐ＜０．０１），并与肝损伤的严重程度呈平行关系。表明脂质过氧化反应在ＨＩＲＩ的发生、发展中起重要的作用
The changes of blood lipid peroxidation, alanine aminotransferase activity and liver morphology were observed simultaneously in 10 rabbits with HIRI. It was found that there was a highly significant positive correlation between elevated lipid peroxidation and alanine aminotransferase (r = 0.733, P <0.01) and a parallel relationship with the severity of liver injury. It indicates that lipid peroxidation plays an important role in the occurrence and development of HIRI
