随着当今世界女子排球运动迅速发展,运动员的身体素质越发显得重要了。近年来,我国女排运动员的平均身高不断增长,与世界强队已相差无几,但力量特别是爆发力还存在着明显差距。表现在跳发球和前后排强攻的力量不及,尽快增强力量已成为女排运动员体能训练的重点。如何做到根据排球技术动作所需要的力量,练得恰到好处,又避免因训练不当而导致的一些伤病,引起科研人员和教练员的高度重视。我们根据观察和分析全国女排联赛及上海、江苏和浙江女排体能训练的情况,谈谈自己的看法。
