菌种的好坏关系到食菌栽培的成败。我国大规模银耳人工栽培已有十多年的历史,但菌种质量很不稳定,经常给栽培者造成意外的损失。因此,迫切希望了解优良银耳菌种的生产方法。二十年来,笔者致力于银耳菌种的研制、推广和普及工作,为了使我国食用菌栽培事业更快地发展起来,也想略谈一些粗浅的体会,以求教于先进同业,裨得去伪存真,不断改进。
