本文用三种酶标凝集素研究小鼠、大鼠和豚鼠三种唾液腺内糖蛋白的分布,发现在H·E染色切片上,它们的形态结构基本相似,但对凝集素的反应则截然不同,如小鼠的腮腺仅腺泡与花生凝集素呈阳性反应,导管呈阴性反应,大鼠的腮腺腺泡与PNA呈弱阳性反应,但闰管呈强阳性反应,其他导管则呈阴性反应,而豚鼠的腮腺腺泡不与PNA反应,但排泄管和纹状管呈阳性反应,这说明它们所含的糖蛋白是完全不同的,实验也提示导管系统也具有分泌糖蛋白的功能。
In this paper, three kinds of enzyme-labeled lectins were used to study the distribution of glycoproteins in three kinds of salivary glands of mice, rats and guinea pigs.
