实施背景国网江苏苏州供电公司2006年成立的社区客户经理志愿者服务团队,深受社区和居民们的好评,“亲情电力进社区”被评为江苏省优秀服务品牌。面对信息化、社会多元化、需求个性化的新形势,如何更有效提升服务队建设水平,促进供电服务从单项供给型向智能互动型转变,成为志愿者服务核心团队面临的新课题。
Implementation Background State Grid Jiangsu Suzhou Power Supply Company established in 2006, the community account manager volunteer service team, praised by the community and residents, “affectionate electricity into the community ” was rated as outstanding service brand in Jiangsu Province. Faced with the new situation of informationization, social diversification and demand personalization, it has become a new task for volunteer service core team to improve the construction of service teams more effectively and to promote the transformation of power supply services from single supply to intelligent and interactive.
