现目前,电子商务平台“寡头化”的趋势变得越来越明显,主要表现为以京东、腾讯以及阿里等少数平台崛起的情形。而电子商务平台“寡头化”趋势具有一定的经济内在规律,且在最大化效用动机的前提条件下,大量的用户逐渐向一些电子商务平台不断积聚,从而导致电子商务平台出现了“寡头化”趋势。因此本文对电子商务平台“寡头化”趋势的经济学进行了深入的研究,分析了电子商务平台“寡头化”趋势的指导理论以及主要的特征,从而提出了应对的建议和策略。
