为了解瑶族中学英语教师职业倦怠状况及其与工作环境因素的关系,笔者对57名瑶族中学英语教师进行了问卷调查,结果发现:瑶族中学英语教师职业倦怠状况属于中等偏高程度范畴;瑶族中学英语教师职业倦怠总量表与工作环境因素各维度都存在极其显著的正相关关系,其中职业因素与总量表之间的相关性最强,而“个人成就感降低”维度与工作环境因素各维度都不存在相关关系,同时,“情绪低落”维度与社会因素之间也不存在相关关系。回归分析结果表明:职业因素是职业倦怠最有用的预测变量。
To understand the relationship between occupational burnout and work environment in Yao Middle School teachers, the author conducted a questionnaire survey on 57 Yao middle school English teachers and found that the occupational burnout status of Yao middle school teachers belongs to the middle-high category.
