根据低温下测得的Yb3 + ∶磷酸盐玻璃的吸收光谱和荧光光谱 ,计算了Yb3 + 离子在磷酸盐玻璃中的能级结构 ,并解释了荧光寿命在低温下变化异常的原因。在低温下采用 940nm的二极管激光器抽运Yb3 + ∶磷酸盐玻璃获得了准连续激光输出。在热力学温度为 8K时最大输出功率为 2mW ,斜率效率为 4%,激光中心波长为 10 0 0nm。
Based on the absorption and fluorescence spectra of Yb3 +: phosphate glass measured at low temperature, the energy level structure of Yb3 + ions in phosphate glass was calculated and the reason why the fluorescence lifetime changed abnormally at low temperature was explained. Pumped Yb3 + at 940 nm with diode laser at low temperature: Phosphate glass achieves quasi-continuous laser output. When the thermodynamic temperature is 8K, the maximum output power is 2mW, the slope efficiency is 4% and the laser center wavelength is 10 000 nm.
