髁状突区域是下颌骨折最常发生的部位之一。保守治疗主要是在磨牙上放垫后行颌间牵引 ,而手术方法多采用切开复位钢丝内固定。我科 1998— 2 0 0 1年对 15例髁状突骨折患者采用手术切开复位 ,微型钛夹板坚固内固定治疗 ,取得满意疗效 ,报告如下。1　材料与方法1.1.　临床资料 The condylar area is one of the most common sites of mandibular fracture.
