提出一种利用常规量具对 X- Y 两坐标工作台运动轴线垂直度进行精密测量的方法,说明了测量原理及实现步骤,其测量结果可作为伺服控制系统的误差补偿依据。
This paper presents a method of measuring the verticality of the axis of motion of the X-Y coordinate using a conventional measuring tool. The principle of the measurement and the implementation steps are described. The measurement results can be used as the basis for error compensation of the servo control system.
