本文阐述了全台压气机数据采集系统的构成;充分发挥原有数字仪表的功能,合理选用新型压力扫描阀及流量测量单元,进行有机的组合;有针对性的编制应用软件,使之构成一个完整的,实用性很强的系统,在低压压气机试验中提高了数据录取的速度和精度,数据处理及时,缩短了试验周期。
This paper describes the composition of the whole station compressor data acquisition system; give full play to the functions of the original digital instruments, the rational use of new pressure-scanning valve and flow measurement unit, the organic combination; targeted application software to make up a The complete, highly practical system improves the speed and accuracy of data acquisition in low pressure compressor tests, and the data processing is timely and the test cycle is shortened.
