本文报道了73例慢性阻塞性肺部疾患和肺心病甲襞微循环的改变。观察组:慢支组40例(女8、男32);支气管哮喘组14例(女4、男10),肺心组19例(女6、男13)。对照组为正常健康者26例(女7、男19)。采用徐州产WX—753B型微循环显微镜,放大100倍,检查指标共16项,观察左手无名指甲襞远心端第一排管袢。以甲襞微循环综合定量分析的加权积分法积分。数据处理用方差分析及q检验。结果表明,形态改变主要是管袢管径的收缩变细,尤以输入
