本文系统地介绍了整体型螺旋内翅片管的结构特点、传热与流体力学特性以及研究得还不很透彻的传热强化机理。整体型螺旋内翅片管用于制冷剂的管内流动沸腾与流动冷凝,其传热性能是光管的1.6~2倍,而其压力降则几乎和光管差不多。整体型螺旋内翅片管有其广阔的应用前景,特别适宜于制冷剂在管内蒸发或冷凝的盘管蒸发器、蒸发式冷凝器、空气冷却冷凝器以及大型冷冻与空调机组的干式蒸发器。
In this paper, the structural characteristics, heat transfer and fluid mechanics properties of monolithic spiral fin tube and the heat transfer enhancement mechanism that has not yet been thoroughly studied are systematically introduced. The integral type spiral fin tube is used for boiling and flowing condensation in the refrigerant tube. The heat transfer performance is 1.6 to 2 times that of the light tube, and the pressure drop is almost the same as that of the light tube. Integral spiral finned tube has broad application prospects, especially suitable for refrigerant in the tube evaporation or condensation coil evaporator, evaporative condenser, air-cooled condenser and large-scale refrigeration and air conditioning unit of the dry evaporator .
