In 2003, the Red Cross Blood Center of Taiyuan City, based on a careful review of past personnel system reform experience, actively innovated and explored boldly to further deepen the reform of the personnel distribution system. From the beginning of March to the last three months, the four phases of propaganda, mobilization, public discussion, application for appointment, and employment agreement have now been successfully completed.
