从5个普通大麦品种的幼胚培养中均得到体细胞再分化植株。对214棵再生植株进行了细胞学检查,发现四倍体5株,占总数的2.3%;相互易位杂合体1株,占总数的0.46%。四倍体植株虽然得到少数大而瘪的种子,但它们次年没有发芽;易位杂合体减数分裂时的染色体构型为5Ⅱ+1Ⅳ,属于两对非同源染色体间的简单易位。其余所有二倍体植株的细胞染色体组成基本稳定,减数分裂极为正常,但在自交后代的少数植株中有个别性状发生了明显的变异,有的变异在育种上可能是有价值的。
Somatic cell redifferentiation plants were obtained from immature embryos cultures of five common barley varieties. Cytological examination of 214 regenerated plants revealed that tetraploid was 5, accounting for 2.3% of the total, and 1 reciprocal translocation heterozygote, accounting for 0.46% of the total. Although tetraploid plants obtained a few large and deflated seeds, they did not germinate the following year; the chromosome configuration at meiosis of the translocation heterozygote was 5Ⅱ + 1Ⅳ, belonging to the simple translocation between two pairs of non-homologous chromosomes. All other diploid plants had basically the same cell chromosome composition and normal meiosis, but some of the few plants in the selfed offspring had obvious variation. Some of them may be valuable in breeding.
