应加拿大联邦政府国际发展署(CIDA,简称西达)的邀请,受中华人民共和国农牧渔业部和经贸部的派遣,在黑龙江省农业科学院许忠仁院长的带领下,我们一行5人,于1984年10月8日～29日对加拿大马铃薯的科研与生产进行了历时21天的考察与访问。这次赴加考察目的是为中加签署《加强克山马铃薯研究所的研究工作,以促进马铃薯生产发展》的合作项目做技术性准备。考察组共
At the invitation of the Canadian Federal Government Agency for International Development (CIDA), under the leadership of Xu Zhongren, president of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, under the leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Trade, October 8, 1984 to 29 on the Canadian potato research and production for a 21-day inspection and visit.
