目的 探讨甲状腺良恶性结节诊断中运用超声弹性成像技术与常规超声的价值.方法 选择2011G9-2016G9作为此次研究的时间段,在此时间段内选择本院收治的80例甲状腺结节患者进行研究,患者共有115个结节病灶,所有患者均采取手术病理学检查确诊结节良恶性状况.将80例患者随机分为常规组(n=40)和成像组(n=40),常规组患者采取常规超声诊断,成像组患者在常规超声检查基础上实施超声弹性成像技术检查,对比分析两组诊断方式的诊断效果.结果 成像组患者检测甲状腺结节的敏感性、特异性、准确性与常规组相比明显较高,差异具备统计学意义(P<005).甲状腺良性结节超声弹性成像技术检查的硬度分级多为1-2级,而恶性结节的硬度分级多为3-4级.结论 甲状腺良恶性结节诊断中运用常规超声联合超声弹性成像技术诊断效果比常规超声诊断效果更优.
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonic elastography and conventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods 2011G9-2016G9 was selected as the study period, during which 80 patients with thyroid nodules admitted to our hospital were selected (N = 40) and imaging group (n = 40), the conventional group (n = 40), the control group The patients underwent routine ultrasonic diagnosis.The imaging group patients underwent ultrasonic elastography based on routine ultrasound examination and compared the diagnostic results of the two groups.Results The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and accuracy of the imaging group in detecting thyroid nodules were Compared with the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P <005). Ultrasound elastography of thyroid benign nodules were mostly grade 1-2 while the malignant nodules were mostly grade 3-4 Grade.Conclusion The diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules using conventional ultrasound combined with elastography is more effective than conventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
