本工作研究了巯基棉分离富集微量锑的条件以及Sb-5-Br-PADAP-KI络合物的形成及干扰情况。试验证明,巯基棉对锑的回收率平均为99%,在定量吸附锑的酸度下,大部份干扰物均可被分离,锑经洗脱后用5-Br-PADAP水相比色,方法快速简单,灵敏度高,最大吸收波长为610纳米,摩尔吸光系数ε_(610)=4.5×10~4,方法稳定,显色后放置二天,吸光度不变,可应用于复杂样品中锑的测定。
In this work, the conditions for the separation and enrichment of trace antimony by mercapto cotton and the formation and interference of Sb-5-Br-PADAP-KI complex were studied.
