大脑中动脉闭塞/再灌注(MCAO/R)实验动物模型研究显示,脑缺血/再灌注时,基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)表达异常,提示其于脑缺血再灌注损伤有关,金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂(TIMPs)可特异性抑制MMPs的活性,从而有望成为治疗缺血性脑血管病的新手段。
The study of middle cerebral artery occlusion / reperfusion (MCAO / R) animal models showed that abnormal expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) during cerebral ischemia / reperfusion suggested that it is related to cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and the inhibition of metalloproteinase Agents (TIMPs) can specifically inhibit the activity of MMPs, which is expected to become a new means of treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
