我室原有希尔格H·700型紫外分光光度计,无原子吸收附件。在考虑主机多用途和不改变主机原有结构的基础上,设计配套成原子吸收、火焰光度和分光光度三用仪器。一、仪器整机结构(附图) 原子吸收部分装成一个整机(720×450×400毫米),以及一个与主机比色槽配套的光电倍增管、前置放大器暗盒。使用时移去分光光度计的灯室,将原子吸收部分藉导轮推过来与主机组合,在主机比色槽内放上暗盒即可工作。原子吸收和分光光度的转换只需拆动一次
