在生产厚膜电路时,要求对被加工着的电阻不断测量其阻值,当达到预定阻值时,立即停止加工。由于被测参数是随时间而变的,故称这种测量为动态检测。这种动态检测是人工测量所不能胜任的。为此,我们研制了动态检测电桥。该装置的特点是速度快、精度高。检测精度可优于0.05%,达到检测精度时的动态响应时间小于40μs。检测阻值范围在10Ω—2MΩ。对于检测<10Ω或>2MΩ阻值时,则其精度和速度相应有所降低。
In the production of thick-film circuit, the resistance of the processed is required to continuously measure the resistance, when the predetermined resistance, stop processing immediately. As the measured parameters change over time, it is called dynamic measurement. This kind of dynamic detection can not be done by manual measurement. To this end, we developed a dynamic detection bridge. The device is characterized by high speed and high precision. The detection accuracy can be better than 0.05%, and the dynamic response time when the detection accuracy is reached is less than 40μs. Detection resistance range of 10Ω-2MΩ.
