“教育为政治服劳”“教育与生产劳动相结合”的方针正在改变着我校实习工厂的面貌。过去是名符其实的突习工厂,而现在已成为制造产品的工厂。目前我们正在成批地生产ф14＂和ф16＂的四爪单动卡盘。四爪单支卡盘的最后一道工序是十字槽的加工。在专用设备缺乏的情况下,通常是用手工刮研,因而劳动强度大,生产效率低。为了改善这种情况,厂技术组经过几次研究,把一部蝇的6呎塔轮车床改装成拉床,经实际使用,证明效果良好。
“Education for service of politics” “Education and production of labor combined” approach is changing the face of our intern factory. The past is a true surprise factory, and now has become a manufacturing plant products. Currently we are mass-producing ф14 “and ф16” four-claw single-action chuck. The last step of the four-claw single-branch chuck is the cross-slot machining. In the absence of special equipment, usually by hand scraping, so labor-intensive, low productivity. In order to ameliorate this situation, after several studies, the plant technical team converted a flies 6-foot turret lathe into a broaching machine, which proved to be effective when actually used.
