采用Falcon离心分选机对山东汶南矿煤进行重介条件下脱硫降灰,探讨不同操作参数对实验结果的影响。结果表明,随着转动频率的增加,全硫脱除率升高,精煤产率和灰分降低;随着煤介比的增加,全硫脱除率呈先降低后升高的趋势;随着反冲水压的增加,全硫脱除率呈下降趋势,同时精煤产率和灰分都升高,在满足精煤质量要求的条件下,选取的脱硫效果较好的试验条件为转动频率50 Hz、煤介比2、反冲水压水平0.03 MPa。
Falcon centrifugal separator was used to desulfurize and ash the heavy coal in Shandong Wennan coal mine and the effect of different operating parameters on the experimental results was discussed. The results showed that with the increase of the rotation frequency, the total sulfur removal rate increased and the yield of refined coal and ash decreased. With the increase of coal-to-coal ratio, the total sulfur removal rate decreased first and then increased. Under the conditions of meeting the quality requirements of the clean coal, the better desulfurization effect is selected as the rotation frequency 50 Hz, coal-to-medium ratio 2, backwash pressure level 0.03 MPa.
