病毒的非结构蛋白是一类由病毒基因组编码、存在于病毒培养液上清但不存在于病毒颗粒中的蛋白。有的病毒的非结构蛋白可直接参与病毒基因组的复制和表达调控,也有的可通过与宿主细胞组分相互作用,间接协助病毒复制和感染。人呼吸道合胞病毒(human respiratory syncytial virus,hRSV)是世界各地儿童严重呼吸道感染中最重要的病原,且能重复感染患者。hRSV是单股负链病毒目副黏液病毒科肺病毒属的成员之一,包括A和B两个抗原亚型。其基因变异快,目前A亚型含有11个基因型,B亚型含有22个基因型[1]。
The nonstructural proteins of the virus are a class of proteins encoded by the viral genome and present in the supernatant of the virus broth but not in the viral particles. Some non-structural proteins of the virus may directly participate in the replication and expression regulation of the viral genome, and others may indirectly assist virus replication and infection by interacting with host cell components. Human respiratory syncytial virus (hRSV) is the most important causative agent of severe respiratory infections in children around the world, and can repeatedly infect patients. hRSV is a member of the genus Paramyxoviridae belonging to the single-stranded negative-sequence virus. It includes two subtypes, A and B. Its gene mutation is fast, the current A subtype contains 11 genotypes, B subtype contains 22 genotypes [1].
