教育部部长周济在全国体育工作座谈会上倡导“每天锻炼一小时,健康工作50年,幸福生活一辈子。”对各地学校提出把青春健身运动落到实处的要求。这对改善目前我国中学生的健康状况有重要的指导意义,作为学校体育教师应努力学习、深刻领会、认真贯彻。笔者认为,要提高中学生的健康水平,首先应从中学生自身出发提高健康意识、体育意识,同时有针对性的加大改革教学内容的力度,加强运动场地器材的建设,为中学生的体育锻炼提供理想的健身环境,从而提高当前中学生的健康水平。
Minister of Education Zhou Ji advocated at the National Sports Work Symposium that “we should exercise one hour a day, work healthy for 50 years, and live a happy life forever.” It called for the implementation of youth fitness programs in all local schools. This has an important guiding significance for improving the health of middle school students in our country. As a physical education teacher in schools, we should study hard, deeply understand and implement it conscientiously. The author believes that to improve the health of middle school students, we should start from the middle school students themselves to raise awareness of health, sports awareness, and at the same time increase the intensity of teaching content reform, strengthen the construction of sports facilities, to provide ideal middle school students’ physical exercise Fitness environment, so as to improve the current level of health of middle school students.
