电子政务是行政机关应用信息技术进行办公、管理和为社会提供服务的全新管理模式。电子政务在全国各地政府机关的广泛应用,可以实现政府管理的高效便捷,实现行政审批业务流程的优化重组,实现跨部门的资源整合与信息共享,有利于进一步转变政府职能。在电子政务的背景下,进一步整合信息资源,优化审批流程,提高审批效能,各地政府的行政审批中心面临着工作方式的转变和管理理念的革新。
E-government is a new management mode in which administrative agencies use information technology to provide office, management and social services. The wide application of E-government in government agencies across the country can realize the efficient and convenient government administration, optimize and reorganize the administrative examination and approval business processes, and realize the resource integration and information sharing across departments so as to further transform the government functions. In the context of e-government, further integration of information resources, optimize the approval process and improve the efficiency of examination and approval, the administrative examination and approval center of all local governments are faced with the change of working style and the renovation of management concept.
