本文介绍了 Co-Mn过渡金属氧化物在一定的烧成温度下,不同的配方与电阻率和 B值之间的关系,研究了淬火温度对热敏材料的电阻率与 B值的影响,测试 Co-Mn热敏电阻器的阻-温特性、伏安特性,并进行了讨论.
In this paper, the relationship between different formulation and resistivity and B value of Co-Mn transition metal oxides at a certain firing temperature is studied. The effect of quenching temperature on the resistivity and B value of the heat-sensitive material is investigated. The resistance-temperature characteristics and volt-ampere characteristics of the Co-Mn thermistor are discussed.
