目的:比较Sysmex XE-5000、Sysmex XN-2000 i及手工法在体液白细胞计数与分类计数中的应用效果。方法:收集67例临床患者脑脊液、胸腹腔积液标本,分别使用Sysmex XN-2000i全自动血球分析仪体液模式(半导体激光的流式技术-仪器法)、Sysmex XE-5000(仪器法)和显微镜人工计数法(手工法)三种方法进行白细胞计数与分类计数,对三种方法的结果进行比较。结果:Sysmex XE-5000与手工法、Sysmex XN-2000i与手工法、Sysmex XE-5000与Sysmex XN-2000i细胞计数的相关系数R分别为0.9396、0.9660及0.9730;细胞分类计数单核细胞的相关性分别为0.9049、0.9123及0.9470;多个核细胞的相关系数分别为0.9389、0.9474及0.9460。分析数据显示,三种方法对胸、腹腔积液、脑脊液白细胞计数与分类计数效果无显著差异。结论:Sysmex XE-5000、Sysmex XN-2000i及手工法在体液白细胞计数与分类计数中的应用效果相同。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effect of Sysmex XE-5000, Sysmex XN-2000 i and manual methods in the measurement of body fluid white blood cell count and classification. Methods: Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), pleural effusion and ascitic fluid samples were collected from 67 clinical patients. The blood samples were collected using the Sysmex XN-2000i automated hematology analyzer (flow-instrumented method with semiconductor laser), Sysmex XE-5000 Artificial counting method (manual method) three methods of white blood cell count and classification of the count, the results of the three methods were compared. Results: The correlation coefficient R between Sysmex XE-5000 and manual methods, Sysmex XN-2000i and manual methods, Sysmex XE-5000 and Sysmex XN-2000i were 0.9396, 0.9660 and 0.9730, respectively. Respectively, 0.9049,0.9123 and 0.9470; correlation coefficient of multiple nuclear cells were 0.9389,0.9474 and 0.9460. Analysis of data show that the three methods of the chest, ascites, cerebrospinal fluid leukocyte count and classification of counting no significant difference. Conclusion: Sysmex XE-5000, Sysmex XN-2000i and manual methods have the same effect in the determination of body fluid white blood cell count and count.
