In this paper, Kunming mice were treated with acute and repeated hypoxia 1,2,4 times and acute repeated hypoxia for 4 days after feeding for 2 days. The contents of four macro elements (phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium) The dissolved, non-dissolved and total contents of trace elements including lead, gold, aluminum, titanium, cadmium, bismuth, gallium, silver, barium, strontium, indium, lanthanum, cerium, yttrium, scandium and beryllium were measured. Animals without acute hypoxia were used as control group, and the corresponding elements in brain tissue were also determined. Compared with the control group, the contents of 11 elements in the brain tissue of the experimental group were found to be significantly different among the experimental groups, the different states, the concentrations of potassium, gold, titanium, indium, cerium, yttrium, gallium, silver, barium, There are changes. The results suggest that animals with acute repeated hypoxia, its content of various elements in the brain have a certain impact. The results of this experiment reveal some acute hypoxia can cause physiological and biochemical changes in the nervous system of a certain significance.
