近年来,CFRP广泛地用于赛车。采用CFRP的优点:车架的形状可按合理的制造成本随意成形。此外,CFRP还具有良好的减震性和比模量,这会使赛车行驶起来舒适。笔者研制出的CFRP整体自行车车架大量地使用了高模量碳纤维。车架的刚度和强度是通过有限元分析法,动、静态试验和合理运用新的制造方法设计的。整车重为7.5kg,这可能是目前世界上重量最轻的。
In recent years, CFRP is widely used in racing. Advantages of using CFRP: The shape of the frame can be freely formed at a reasonable manufacturing cost. In addition, CFRP also has a good shock absorption and specific modulus, which will make the car comfortable driving. The CFRP overall bicycle frame developed by the author extensively uses high modulus carbon fiber. Frame stiffness and strength through finite element analysis, dynamic and static test and the rational use of new manufacturing methods designed. The whole vehicle weighs 7.5kg, which may be the lightest weight in the world at present.
