本文对体积排斥色谱(SEC)普适标定法的应用限度作了简要的评述。用小角激光光散射法、粘度法和高效体积排斥色谱法研究了聚砜及聚苯乙烯的稀溶液性质。证明用氯仿做淋洗剂时,聚砜与聚苯乙烯在交联聚苯乙烯凝胶柱上的分离有共同的流体力学体积标定曲线。同时订定了聚苯乙烯在25℃的氯仿中的特性粘数-分子量关系式,结果为〔η〕=1.53×10~(-2)M~(0·707)。根据Stockma-yer-Fixmaon方法计算了聚苯乙烯的无扰尺寸〔r_0~2/M〕~(1/2)、溶剂与高分子的相互作用参数B和X_1。得到了聚苯乙烯甲苯溶液的第二维利系数与分子量的关系式。
This article gives a brief review of the limits of application of universal calibration for volume exclusion chromatography (SEC). The dilute solution properties of polysulfone and polystyrene were investigated by small-angle laser light scattering, viscosity and high-performance exclusion chromatography. When chloroform was used as eluent, the separation of polysulfone and polystyrene on a crosslinked polystyrene gel column showed a common calibration curve of hydrodynamic volume. At the same time, the inherent viscosity-molecular weight relationship of polystyrene in chloroform at 25 ° C was determined. The result was [η] = 1.53 × 10 -2 (0 · 707). The unscaled polystyrene size [r_0 ~ 2 / M] ~ (1/2), the solvent-polymer interaction parameters B and X_1 were calculated according to Stockma-yer-Fixmaon method. The relation between the second dimension and the molecular weight of the polystyrene toluene solution was obtained.
