目的比较种植术后分别给予口服抗生素、局部使用复方氯己定含漱液、西吡氯铵含片、西帕依固龈液4种措施预防种植体术后感染的临床疗效,为未来的临床工作提供参考依据。方法选择2015年10月~2016年10月在新疆医科大学第二附属医院口腔科行种植手术的患者作为研究对象,根据排除纳入标准选取48例患者,采用随机数字表法分为A、B、C、D四组,每组12例,A组在种植手术后5 d口服阿莫西林胶囊,B组在种植手术后复方氯己定含漱液漱口5 d,C组在种植手术后西帕依固龈液漱口5 d,D组种植手术后给予西吡氯铵含片5 d。通过患者疼痛感的评价,伤口愈合情况,X线片观察,牙周指数等指标评价四组药物的疗效。结果四组间年龄、性别、种植体部位、疼痛度、伤口愈合情况、牙龈指数、牙龈出血指数等指标差异均无统计学意义,菌斑指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方氯己定含漱液、西吡氯铵片、西帕依固龈液等3种局部抗菌药物可以替代抗生素有效预防种植体植入后的早期感染。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of oral antibiotics, local use of compound chlorhexidine gargle, cetylpyridinium chloride tablets and xipayi gingival solution after operation to prevent postoperative infection of implants, Work to provide a reference. Methods From October 2015 to October 2016, 48 patients undergoing dental implant surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were enrolled. According to the criteria of exclusion, 48 patients were selected and randomly divided into A, B, C, D four groups, 12 cases in each group. Group A received amoxicillin capsules 5 days after operation. Group B received mouthwash for 5 days after compound chlorhexidine gargle. After operation C, Paci mouthwash gargling 5 d, D group Cisplatin given 5 days after implantation operation. The curative effect of the four groups of drugs was evaluated by evaluation of the patient’s pain, wound healing, X-ray observation and periodontal index. Results There was no significant difference in age, gender, implant site, pain degree, wound healing, gingival index and gingival bleeding index among the four groups. The difference of plaque index was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Three topical antimicrobials, such as chlorhexidine gargle, cetylpyridinium chloride tablets and xipayi gum, can effectively prevent early infection after implants.
