Although most of Japan’s health indicators are in a leading position in the world, there are also problems such as inadequate supply of physicians in remote areas such as mountainous areas and isolated islands, low operating efficiency of medical institutions, and operating deficits. In order to meet the medical needs of local residents and reduce the financial burden on the local government from community medical institutions, various levels of government in Japan have taken various measures to solve the above problems, such as the establishment of a Japanese self-government that specializes in training medical personnel in remote areas. Medical University entrusts community organizations with serious deficits and can’t continue to operate to private organizations for operation management. It has accumulated a lot of good experience and is worth learning and learning from.
