The Thames River booklet contains 19 articles in total, many of which were written by the author during his career as a journalist in the United Kingdom from 1956 to 1960. The author with a sharp strokes, the British political, economic and social outlook made a concise description and profound exposure. This book is not large, but rich in content, profound meaning, is a rare set of foreign communications. It uses more than half of the space used to characterize the British capital London. The River Thames, a river that “records the history of the British Empire’s rise and fall” on both sides of the strait, is an intriguing description of it: “The river feeds the British bourgeoisie and opens a new life for London workers Road .... Transported out of here, in addition to cars, generators, refrigerators, ’old man’ razor blades, there are murderous weapons. ”“ Now, the port of London, after all, a modest, static cranes, like the dead winter trunk ... A large cargo ship used to board the sky, gazing in groups, parked on the shore. Hebei shore live in the Tintern Bern area of dock workers, residents reduced from 200,000 pre-war to Now 90,000. ”
