In order to facilitate the understanding of steel structural stability researchers, regulators, and the construction industry in various countries and regions regarding the differences in steel structure design specifications, the preparations, organization, and coordination of the US Structural Stability Research Institute have been carried out by relevant universities and research institutes around the world. The second edition of “Structural Metal Structure Stabilization, National Perspectives” has been officially published in collaboration with experts and scholars of engineering companies (including 14 participants in China) and the second edition of the discussion. This is a monograph that compares, evaluates, and evaluates steel structure design specifications of various countries (by region), and is a common result of international collaborative research. The book is divided into 14 topics (12 chapters and 2 appendices) namely compression members, composite members, bending members, plate girders and box girders, bending and bending
