为了解汕头市麻疹疫苗(MV)强化免疫的效果和人群麻疹抗体水平,在2个区随机抽取767名0~39岁健康人,应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果显示:767人中抗体阳性595人,阳性率7757%,几何平均滴度(GMT)1:783。以1~12岁儿童抗体阳性率高(8571%~9844%),GMT则从6岁开始下降至中低等水平,抗体阳性率有随年龄增长而下降的趋势。观察MV初种8~12月龄儿童94人,免疫成功率为9681%;MV复种5~7岁儿童93人,免疫成功率6129%;免疫后抗体GMT分别比免疫前提高284倍和31倍。不论是初种或复种,免疫前抗体处于中低等水平者其免疫成功率显著高于免疫前高抗体水平者。
In order to understand the effect of measles vaccine (MV) immunization in Shantou City and the level of measles antibody in human population, 767 healthy people aged 0-39 years were randomly selected from 2 districts. Measles IgG antibody was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that there were 595 antibody positive in 767 people, the positive rate was 7757% and the geometric mean titer (GMT) was 1: 783. The positive rate of antibody in children aged 1-12 years (8571% ~ 9844%) was lower than that of GM-6 at 6 years old. The positive rate of antibody decreased with age. The initial immunization success rate was 9681% in 94 children aged 8 ~ 12 months, 93 children in 5 ~ 7 years old in MV multiplication, the immune success rate was 6129%. The GMT of antibody after immunization was 284 times and 31 times higher than that before immunization . Regardless of the initial or multiple cropping, the pre-immune antibody is at a low level, and its immune success rate is significantly higher than that of the pre-immune high antibody level.
