介绍了西门子新一代小型PLC 57-200的PIO参数自整定的基本思想和PIO 整定控制面板的使用方法。PID 控制回路的参数整定是模拟量闭环控制中的一个难点, 如果初始参数选择不当,可能会出现很大的超调量,甚至使系统不稳定。西门子公司的新一代小型S7-200PLC 具有PID 参数自整定功能,V4. 0版的编程软件STEP 7-Micro/WIN 增加了PID 整定控制面板。这两项功能相结合,使用户能轻松地实现PID 的参数自整定, 同时可以对最多8个回路进行自整定。自整定能提供一组近似最优的整定参数。
