IV型核体是核内包涵体,在电镜下,它是由许多20-30nm嗜锇性致密颗粒聚集而成,周围有微丝包绕。本文对8例非白血病患者,13例急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)及骨髓增生异常疾病(MDD)患者的体外骨髓成纤维细胞(FC)的超微结构进行了研究,将ANLL、MDD以及骨髓纤维化作为一组,其IV型核体数量是非白血病患者的4倍。ANLL和MDD患者的IV型核体平均比率是2.68±3.27%,而非白血病患者为0.63±1.06%(P<0.05),ANLL和慢性粒单细胞的白血病组的患者,Ⅳ型核体的平均最大面积是2.02±1.10μm~2,而非白血病患者为0.93土0.10μm~2(P<0.05),表明在ANLL和MDD患者,Ⅳ型核体在FC内明显增多并且体积增大。另外,FC的其它结构基本相同,都具有典型的成纤维母细胞超微结构特征。本文为“ANLL和MDD存在着骨髓
Type IV nucleus is an inclusion body in the nucleus. Under electron microscopy, it is made up of many 20-30 nm osmiophilic dense particles surrounded by microfilaments.
