高温蓄热是太阳能热发电、高温热利用等的重要组成部分。本文建立了熔盐球形填充床相变蓄热系统的传热模型,采用导热油作为传热流体介质,亚硝酸钠作为高温相变蓄热材料密封于不锈钢球中,利用数值计算方法对相变蓄热过程中的传热特性进行了研究,对蓄热时间、流体进口温度、进口速度、相变材料潜热值对蓄热性能的影响进行了分析。开展了熔盐球形填充床潜热蓄热系统在特定工况下的实验研究,对蓄热系统进行了整体性能测试。结果表明实验值和数值计算值的变化趋势基本保持一致,可为蓄热系统的设计提供理论和实验依据。
High-temperature heat storage is an important part of solar thermal power generation and high-temperature heat utilization. In this paper, the heat transfer model of molten salt spherical packed bed phase change thermal storage system was established. Thermal conductivity oil was used as the heat transfer fluid medium. Sodium nitrite was sealed in stainless steel ball as high temperature phase change thermal storage material. The phase transition The heat transfer characteristics during heat storage were studied. The influence of heat storage time, fluid inlet temperature, inlet velocity and latent heat value of phase change material on heat storage performance were analyzed. The experimental study of the LFSL system under specific operating conditions was carried out. The overall performance of the thermal storage system was tested. The results show that the trend of the experimental values and the numerical values are basically the same, which can provide theoretical and experimental basis for the design of thermal storage system.
