目的了解术前化疗对小儿恶性肿瘤组织结构的改变及应用价值。方法对7例肾母细胞瘤和5例神经母细胞瘤进行光镜和透射电镜检查，比较术前化疗对其组织结构的影响及疗效。结果术前化疗可造成肿瘤组织不同程度的破坏，肿瘤缩小，肿瘤的切除率有提高。结论术前化疗对不能一期切除的肿瘤有实际应用价值，在神经母细胞瘤尤为明显。
Objective To understand the changes of preoperative chemotherapy on the structure of malignant tumors in children and its application value. Methods Light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were performed on 7 cases of nephroblastoma and 5 cases of neuroblastoma. The effect of preoperative chemotherapy on the histological structure was compared. RESULTS: Preoperative chemotherapy can cause the destruction of tumor tissue to varying degrees, shrink the tumor, and increase the resection rate of the tumor. Conclusion Preoperative chemotherapy has practical value in tumors that cannot be resectioned at one time, especially in neuroblastomas.
