轮轴一旦发生故障,就有可能造成重大事故,所以检修时要特别注意。本文在阐述轮轴检修概要的同时,并对轮轴检修技术中最重要的无损检查、液压装配及轮轴选择配合问题加以介绍。一、车辆检查体系和轮轴检修不仅限于轮轴,包括构成车辆的所有部件,几乎都是根据使用数据的分析来确定适当的维护方法,并考虑对设备作适当改进而使用的周期。轮轴使用数据的分析,是按所掌握的车轮在不同区段的磨耗趋势或车轴的疲劳、裂纹的发生率等情况来进行的。轮轴管理流程如图1所示。以此轮轴管理为前提,确定了
Whenever a fault occurs on the axle, it is possible to cause a major accident, so pay special attention to maintenance. This paper describes the summary of the axle maintenance, and introduces the most important nondestructive inspection, hydraulic assembly and axle selection and cooperation problems in the axle maintenance technology. First, the vehicle inspection system and axle maintenance is not limited to the axle, including all the components that make up the vehicle, almost always based on the analysis of usage data to determine the appropriate maintenance methods, and consider the appropriate use of equipment to improve the cycle.
