在一可同时测量多个截面温度分布的实验装置上测定了ZA 5无定形氨合成催化剂填充床内的二维温度分布。采用正交配置法求解拟均相二维传热数学模型 ,获得了床层的径向有效导热系数和壁给热系数 ,将其与雷诺数关联得到了可在实验条件范围内使用的经验关联式。所得关联式应用于三套管连续换热式氨合成塔的模拟计算 ,得到该反应器在工业条件下使用该催化剂的轴、径向温度与浓度的二维分布
The two-dimensional temperature distribution in the packed bed of the ZA 5 amorphous ammonia synthesis catalyst was measured on an experimental apparatus that can simultaneously measure the temperature distribution of multiple sections. The orthogonal configuration method was used to solve the quasi-homogeneous two-dimensional heat transfer mathematical model, and the effective thermal conductivity and wall heat transfer coefficient of the bed were obtained. Correlation between Reynolds number and Reynolds number was obtained, which can be used in experimental conditions formula. The obtained correlation is applied to the simulation calculation of a three-pipe continuous heat transfer ammonia synthesis tower, and the two-dimensional distribution of axial and radial temperature and concentration of the catalyst under industrial conditions is obtained
