目的 :观察经环孢霉素A(CyclosporinA ,CyA)处理的大鼠实验性牙髓炎病程进展情况 ,探讨CyA对大鼠牙髓炎发展过程的影响。方法 :CyA处理组大鼠与对照组大鼠双侧下颌第一磨牙人工机械露髓后旷置口腔 ,于术后 3,7,14天分批处死动物 ,选取每个磨牙的近远中根管进行组织学并测量不同时期牙髓坏死长度。结果 :牙髓在露髓后出现炎症反应和组织坏死 ,CyA处理组炎症反应稍弱。组织学测量发现术后 3 ,7,14天 ,CyA处理组牙髓坏死百分率明显低于对照组。 结论 :免疫抑制剂CyA改变了大鼠牙髓炎病变过程。
Objective: To observe the progression of experimental pulpitis induced by Cyclosporin A (CyA) in rats and explore the influence of CyA on the development of rat pulpitis. Methods: Rats in the CyA-treated group and the control group received mechanical demyelination of the bilateral mandibular first molar, and animals were sacrificed on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after operation. The mesial and distal root of each molars Tubes were histologically examined and the length of pulp necrosis at different stages was measured. Results: Inflammatory reaction and tissue necrosis occurred in pulp after exposure to the demyelination. CyA-treated group showed weaker inflammatory response. Histological measurements showed that the percentage of dental pulp necrosis in CyA-treated group was significantly lower than that in control group at 3, 7 and 14 days after operation. Conclusion: The immunosuppressant CyA changes the course of rat pulpitis.
