目的建立坎地沙坦酯氨氯地平片中坎地沙坦酯和苯磺酸氨氯地平的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,DIONEX Acclaim 120 C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.05 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(55∶45)为流动相;流速:1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长为254 nm。结果坎地沙坦酯和苯磺酸氨氯地平分别在19.4~51.8μg·mL-1和12.5~33.3μg·mL-1的范围内线性关系良好(r均≥0.999 7);回收率分别为99.1%和99.3%。结论该方法简便,快捷,准确,可用于坎地沙坦酯氨氯地平片中坎地沙坦酯和苯磺酸氨氯地平的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of candesartan cilexetil and amlodipine besylate in candesartan cilexetil and amlodipine tablets. Methods HPLC was performed on a DIONEX Acclaim 120 C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 potassium phosphate monobasic (55:45) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · Min-1; detection wavelength is 254 nm. Results Both candesartan cilexetil and amlodipine besylate showed good linearity in the range of 19.4-51.8μg · mL-1 and 12.5-33.3μg · mL-1, respectively (r ≥ 0.9997). The recoveries were 99.1% and 99.3%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the determination of candesartan cilexetil and amlodipine besylate in candesartan cilexetil and amlodipine tablets.
